About us

Daily Injera is an Ethiopian online ministry set up in August 2015 to reach Ethiopians with scriptures through social media, that delivers daily bible verses in Amharic using original pictures with a short Amharic and English reflection. Especially the urban youth does not spend much time reading the Bible. We believe they should at least read a verse per day and we want to make God’s powerful word show up in people’s Facebook feed every day. Since day one we are posting one bible scriptiure everyday at 7am EAT. Along the way we also started posting inspirational quotes with a Christian messages which are helpful to attract secular followers.

Our aim is to reach our Amharic speaking community to read a verse and meditate on it during the day.

We pray that this service may be helpful in reaching all man kind created in God's image to know him personally and to live a life that glorifies God.

We are now hoping to expand Daily Injera into an online platform with podcasts, videos, and articles.
